With the vast wealth of farms around Rochester and the Finger Lakes region, Executive Chef and Owner Arthur Rogers has developed relationships with farmers who share his vision.

A truly gourmet experience, everything from the bread on your table to the dessert at the end of your meal is made completely from scratch.

Lento features daily menu changes along with an emphasis on locally grown and organic food.  Arthur has a true passion for cooking and treats each customer to the best of what the land and the creative kitchen have to offer.

Gansz Farms

Gansz Farms has been around since 1931 and Ryan Gansz is proud to be the third generation working the land. Gansz Farms originally focused on dairy, crops, and grass fed beef cows. Since it's foundation Gansz Farms has always raised its animals naturally. In 2005, Ryan and Nicole wanted to expand the business and began raising chickens, pigs, rabbits, and turkeys. Today Ryan's father and uncle grow hay and raise the beef cows, while Nicole and Ryan concentrate on the other animals and fresh eggs.
